Omar is a highly experienced Corporate lawyer and previously served as in-house counsel at a leading media and TV business in Dubai. Omar advises local and regional clients on a wide range of transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate formations and governance matters and has advised local ministries and government bodies in drafting laws and regulations.

A member of the Jordanian Bar Association, Omar is fluent in both English and Arabic.
