Moustafa qualified as a lawyer in Egypt in 2011 and has practiced in Dubai since 2016. He works in the Corporate & Commercial Department and handles a wide range of matters, such as incorporating onshore, free zone, and offshore companies, drafting relevant documentation for share transfers for companies in different jurisdictions and executing on the ground transactions.  Moustafa also drafts corporate documentation for the change of managers and directors, shareholder and board resolutions, and reviews various contracts including sale and purchase agreements, real estate, distribution, and T&Cs under the UAE jurisdiction.

He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
