Ghinwa qualified as a lawyer in Lebanon in 2010 and joined Global in 2016. She has extensive experience in civil and commercial disputes in the UAE in particular in the real estate and construction sector and has acted for some of the region’s largest developers. In addition, Ghinwa also works with a number of banks in connection with secured loan default recovery and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
